I’ve been thinking a lot lately about March Madness…how every year, there’s always an underdog story that shocks the world. Whether it’s a #15 seed taking down a powerhouse or a Cinderella team making a deep run, it’s a reminder that rankings and predictions only go so far.

Let me know what team you had winning it all 👀 (and how your bracket’s held up 😅), but more importantly, take today’s newsletter as a reminder: there’s never a guaranteed win in basketball or in life.

The teams that make deep runs aren’t always the most talented. They’re often the ones that play with grit, discipline, and belief when the odds are stacked against them. Whether you’re working toward making the team, improving your game, or chasing a personal goal, don’t count yourself out even if others do.
